We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

4. User Accounts

5. Intellectual Property

Custom software and deliverables created specifically for clients are subject to ownership terms outlined in individual service agreements.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
